2018 Program Rates

One ACES alumni adult is required per enrolled family.

  • Cost:  $195/ per attendee

Paid registration includes:

  • FIVE ACES Family Academies classes and class materials. (NEW 5 classes this year!)
  • Two nights lodging in Bousfield Hall (NEW Additonal Night at Bousfield)
  • 3 Days of Parking on campus
  • Unique evening tours - more information to come
  • Two Breakfasts, Two Lunches and a Tailgate Dinner event
  • Transportation to sessions off campus
  • ACES Family Academies T-shirt and giveaway items

ACES Family Academies Forms to Submit 

Please download packet of forms to be submitted via mail or fax after online registration is complete.

A maximum of 250 participants will be accommodated for this year. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once capacity is reached, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be established.

Registration Information to Gather in Advance
To prepare for the registration process, we encourage you to gather a few items prior to starting the registration online to allow for a smooth process.

  • Names and Contact Information for each person attending.
  • Email Address, Phone, and Mailing address
  • T-shirt size for each participant
  • Age and Birthdate of the child
  • Child - Anticipated High School and Graduation Date

Correspondence will be done via email communication. It is imperative to provide an email address for each adult/child participating.

Once you have registered, each participant must complete the packet of additional registration forms including emergency medical forms, photo/video release, code of conduct and assumption of risk. These forms will need to be faxed or mailed with signatures to our office by June 1, 2018.

Adult/Child Requirement
Adults will be asked to remain with their youth at all times. If one adult is registered with three youth, they all will stay together as a group and will attend all of the same classes together.

Class Sessions
The College of ACES Departments have orgnaized some wonderful hands on sessions for you to participate in!  We are excited to share topics with you and your family members!

Class options in the registration will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Some classes are limited in size due to the availability of equipment or size of space. Class assignments will be based on the date registration was received. No guarantee can be made for any class.

Class assignments will be made in the Summer, following the end of registration. Once all class assignments are made, every participant will receive their personal schedule for ACES Family Academies.

Cancellation Policy
If individuals needs to cancel, a request for a full refund must be made in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 15, 2018. We will be unable to issue refunds after this date since we will already have incurred costs for the program.
